1. Two different rights – which one applies when

• Statutory right of withdrawal – 14 days. Available to consumers without giving any reason. It does not require a receipt or the original outer packaging. See section 2.
• Voluntary store returns policy – 30 days. An additional commercial benefit we offer on top of the law: unopened products may be returned within 30 days of receipt. See section 3. It does not limit your statutory rights.
• Complaints (legal guarantee) – if a product is defective, damaged or not what you ordered. See our Complaints Procedure.

2. Statutory right of withdrawal (14 days)

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your statement before the period expires – by e-mail to [email protected] or by post to the address above. You may use the model withdrawal form in our Terms of Service, but it is not obligatory.

Exception for opened supplements. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU). This applies to food supplements whose seal or protective packaging has been broken (e.g. a removed foil seal, an opened jar or blister).

Sending the product back. Please return the product without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Refund. We refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (up to the least expensive standard delivery option offered in our store), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice, using the same means of payment you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.

3. Voluntary 30-day returns policy

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we accept returns of products within 30 days of receipt, provided the product is unopened, with its seal intact and in its original packaging. Gift cards are excluded from this voluntary policy. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the original means of payment. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

4. How to return a product

1. E-mail us at [email protected] with your order number.
2. Pack the product securely and include a note with your order number.

We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.

5. Damaged, defective or incorrect products

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If a product is damaged, defective or you received the wrong item, please contact us – such cases are handled under our Complaints Procedure and the return shipping costs are borne by us.

The fastest way to exchange a product is to return it in accordance with the rules above and place a new order.
